Viewing Divisions & Table Assignments

Click Divisions in the top navigation to see all active divisions in the league. Select any division to open its detail page, which shows:

  • Schedule — the weekly matchup list with home and away teams
  • Table Assignments — which table each match is assigned to, every week
  • Practice Tables — if your division has designated practice tables, they are listed on the division page so members know which tables are available for warm-up before matches
Tip: Bookmark your division's page or save it to your phone's home screen so you can pull up table assignments on game night in one tap.
Save Table Assignments to Your Home Screen

Add any page (like your division's assignments) to your phone's home screen for instant access — it opens like a native app icon.

iPhone (Safari)
  1. Open the page in Safari (not Chrome)
  2. Tap the Share button — the rectangle with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen
  3. Scroll down in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Give it a name (e.g. "Table Assignments") and tap Add
Android (Chrome)
  1. Open the page in Chrome
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Confirm with Add
Team Finder — Finding a Team as a Player

Team Finder connects players looking for a team with captains who need one. Here's how to use it as a player:

  1. Build your Player Profile
    Go to your Profile and fill in your skill rating, preferred game formats (8-Ball, 9-Ball, etc.), available nights, and a short bio. A complete profile makes you more attractive to captains.
  2. Enable visibility to captains
    Toggle "Visible to Captains" on your Profile. Without this, captains won't see you when they browse the player pool.
  3. Browse "Looking for Players" posts
    Click Team Finder in the nav to see all active team posts. Each shows the team name, division, and what they're looking for.
  4. Apply to a team
    Open a post and tap Apply. The captain receives your application and can view your full profile.
  5. Respond to invitations
    Captains can also invite you directly. A red badge appears next to your name in the nav when you have a pending invitation — go to your Profile to accept or decline.
Notifications & Alerts

When you have pending activity, a red badge appears next to your name in the top navigation. Two types of notifications are tracked:

  • Pending invitations — a captain has invited you to join their team; respond from your Profile
  • Application updates — a captain marked your application as Matched or Declined; the badge clears once you've seen it
